As well as bringing in a range of individual skills, the new team has a collective commitment to increased efficiency in use of technical assistance resources, through improved programme monitoring and evaluation (M&E). RCG is in the process of developing several specifically tailored products to assist organisations in better integrating M&E into programme design, including development of robust theories of change.

RCG will expand its Dignity Fund with additional contributions from new staff and consultants. This will supplement existing activities that make an immediate difference to people’s lives.

The Research Communications Group (RCG) is pleased to announce two new Directors, Phillip Belling and Scott Rankin. Phillip and Scott bring collective experience of more than 40 years working on international development issues throughout the world. Phillip's addition as a Director also formalises RCG's link with the Australian-based Just Insights.

At the same time, RCG says a temporary goodbye to Rebecca Miller, who is continuing her work against trafficking in persons and smuggling of migrants in a full-time position with the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
